  Difficult to contact, frequently out of office, and when I showed up at the office for the third time out of frustration trying to return a product I did not use I was told to "F@**-off" as they did not like my attitude. I would not wish the pain of having to deal with these guys on anybody. Hopefully they can make things right with me and let me return the product after I speak with the corporate office. Good luck if they are your only option!
