  We've lived in our Hallmark Home for almost two years. I'd say the quality is ok, but they are hard to get ahold of to fix issues. I ended up fixing most of mine, on my own. I did not like their painter. They did a horrible job. I repainted several walls. When asked to fix the walls they told me that's just the way it is. This was my wife's and I first home. We had our own realtor and we were only 25. They treated us like children sometimes. Acting as if they could push us around, and not listen to us the paying customer. My dad was a house framer and we ended up fixing multiple errors and pointing out issues, that lead Hallmark to rip appart and repair during construction, because of their lack to fix things. I would not recommend them to anyone. Only in the last few months have we really been happy with our purchase and that was due to us fixing and making things right.
